How do you get employees to follow your instructions/directions on your restaurant procedures?

The ones that follow have your “back”. They have interest in you and your “business” whatever it might be. There are those who will care and treat your customers or guests as we like to refer with respect and kindness. If they see that you are invested in what you do ... they will follow suit. Unfortunately there are employees that just want a job and will do ”whatever “ as you say. Seek out people who want to be there to work with you / for you.
