Neapoli (formerly Gaetano's) on Wallace Street in Red Bank has quickly become one of our favorite and "go to" restaurants in a city that is full of them. Owner Louis Andrianos and event manager Lisa Gatto are consummate professionals, who will go out of their way to make sure that your dinner or event meets and exceeds your expectations. The food is terrific, as is the service, and the menu is delightfully eclectic. Almost every weeknight is some kind of a promotion night, our favorite being Burger Night on Wednesdays. We smile every time either of us suggests going out to Neapoli. You'll do the same."
