Hey all, as of this time I am officially closing Montalvo's Home Inspections, LLC. Having a difficult time getting the business I need to stay afloat. To much competition in this industry with a lot of real estate agents that presume to tell a licensed and certified home inspector how to do and manage his profession. As a Home Inspector I am hired and work for the buyer that hires me,I do not work for the sellers nor the buyers agent.
