Hello, fellow travelers on the wonderful business adventure. Today, I am NOT looking for referrals; I want to pick someone's brain. I retired, failed retirement, and started a new business. I love my work. I never want to stop working. I planned financially for retirement, and I'm doing fine. However, I am 85 and growing tired. I'd like to just walk away and lock the door. That isn't fair to my wonderful guests. Finding someone to take over the business and take good care of my guests is ideal. All that training seems overwhelming. I've done it in the past when I have sold previous businesses. But now, I just wish someone would walk through the door and say, "May I please have your business?" I would hand her the keys. What words of wisdom can you give me? Thank you, Mimi Barre
