I started in the Heating and Cooling business in 1996. I worked with my first company until 2014, when I started my own business. I enjoyed repairing things, and always wanted to get things repaired (instead to replaced) if there was any way possible.

I was commuting to another area for my work, and had actually been encouraged by my boss to start up a business of my own, if I thought I might want too. So I decided I would give it a try. One thing I realized when starting my own company, was that I wanted to be known for honesty, and charging a reasonable charge for the work done. That was why I chose the name of "Johnson's Integrity". I want to be know for getting the equipment fixed correctly the first time, and if I make a mistake, I will admit it, and correct the problem. I also want people to feel comfortable in talking to me the first time, and trusting me enough to call me again should something else need repairing or replacement.
