There are many ways but the big question is, is it zoned for a business such that it would allow for a store front??? The easiest way would be to do a cash out refinance on your home, as long as the zoning allows the store.

I would be moving into a store front. Not turning my home into a store. I currently have customers come to my home to pick up their stuff.
