Front Office Staff-Reno has been open from the beginning of the mandatory shut down as we are considered an essential business. With that said we were very concerned about the safety of our employees and clients. We have been following the CDC guidelines and implemented the following... (more) Front Office Staff-Reno has been open from the beginning of the mandatory shut down as we are considered an essential business. With that said we were very concerned about the safety of our employees and clients. We have been following the CDC guidelines and implemented the following procedures… Installed sanitizer (Aire-Master provides the service)wall mounts at the entrance of our office and into the break Each work station has hand sanitizers at their work stations Everyone who enters or leaves the office or break room has to use the sanitizer Everyone has to use a mask or scarf when in the office Everyone must use gloves when working or using equipment in the common areas No one is allowed to eat in the break room All work station are cleaned with bleach and water every time a receptionist leaves his or her work station We have two Catalytic Pure Air system they kill indoor air pollutants, bacteria & viruses and they have ultraviolet light the air filter systems run all day on medium and at night we turn them on high All common areas  and equipment are clean in the morning and at the end f the day Loretta and I deep clean the office on the weekend If a team member is sick with any symptoms of the virus  we ask them to stay home (with pay) in quarantine for 15 days and once they are non-symptomatic then they can return to work (we require a doctors note) We have made plans to deploy receptionists home to work remotely in the event that our office is infected with the COVID-19. We did this by investing in a new phone system, software, and equipment We are proud to announce we have been fully functional during the COVID-19 Crisis however it has been a challenge. Our team has been great in enduring the safety precautions we have set in place.  Our new fear is businesses are opening up; people are moving around more freely without using the CDC guidelines….What will happen if things get out of control and we have a resurgence of the COVID-19 virus? Last month 20 of them wanted cancel their service we chose to provide service to them for free on a month to month basis. We did apply for the PPP Loan and were successful in getting approved and received funds durning the first round. Since we were one of few who were fortunate to receive funding we decided to play it forward. We suspect this month there will be  more clients in need of our financial support as well. So yes the shut down is definitely effecting our company as well as the many small businesses we service throughout the U.S. I believe we should do a slow reopen based on population and if your community is having increase cases of COVID-19. Until we reopen it is our duty to help our fellow Americans anyway possible even if it’s as simple as saying thank you to the grocery employees that  are provided us with their incredible service....Stay Strong and Carry On!
