I have immense admiration for local  brick and mortar small business owners for their dedicated and commitment to creating products and services that provide solutions for all of us. As I introduce owners to my products and services, I have an amazing opportunity to learn, see and appreciate how hard working, creative and passionate business owners are. Many are humble Entrepreneurs who stay engaged with community redevelopment efforts and sponsor events. Yet, on a daily basis are faced with many challenges be it from global competitors, rapid technological advances, an increasingly online shopping savvy and diverse consumer base, regulatory realities and so much more. Business owners are a unique and an invaluable asset to every local community's success. So,  what I love most is the privileged opportunity to network and learn from many sage business owners, especially the ones with decades long business success but also the Millenial Entrepreneurs who bring a fresh, trendy and tech savviness to the business landscape. It is truly a cherished honor.
