We get very little walk in traffic in our retail plaza,......We are fortunate that the majority of our clients - customers bring there computer, laptop, monitors to us for computer repairs and data recovery . Our hard work and honesty in all our customer dealings has earned us 5 star rating eight times this month .We thank our customers for trusting us. If you are a senior or lost your job or you are too sick to work and can not pay for your repair we will extend credit to you for 1 to 3 or 6 months free of any interest charges. Our policy is no pressure on sales or repairs. I am the owner of Good Guys Computers sales and repairs. Canada is different to USA. As a small retail store owner we received a loan from the Canadian Government that has to be repaid in 2 years. Most small retailers took advantage of the $ 40k loan and I am sure 90% of retailers will not have the money in 2 years to repay the loan back to the Government. So I guess in 2 years time there will be thousands of small retailers giving up Business and closing there stores down. This loan is going to cause total Havoc in the economy in 2 years time when Retailers are forced to close up. The Government needs to help the small retail Businesses with a financial package not repayable loan. This Pandemic is far from over. It looks like this virus will be back worse in time.
