· UC, Collaboration from infrastructure to conference room configuration
· Managed Service / Help Desk Environment from proactive to reactive strategies to agents training.
· Consult on the next steps needed to help them reach their desired goals.
· Install, follow schematics to run, wires, mounts, speakers, mics, racks, cameras, monitors, table connections, control panel, etc. mark up changes if needed, test room to be sure it works as expected, and train customer on the use of their new room.
· Upgrade, existing room with new technology to meet the changing needs of the customer, test to be sure everything works together as expected, train customer on the new features.
· Repair, troubleshoot an existing room that no longer functions as expected, find the reason for the issue and fix the problem, test to be sure every aspect of the room now works as expected, inform customer about findings and repair.
· Training, instruct customer on the abilities of the room they have if the needs of the customer change but the room can already accommodate the new requirements with a user procedural change.
