Inner Freedom Guide
Ever feel like your mind is a crowded attic- full of old stories, tangled thoughts, and a few dusty voices telling you what you can’t do? You’re not alone, and you’re definitely not stuck there.
I specialize in modalities designed to clear out your mental clutter and give your inner thoughts the freedom they deserve. With over 30 years of personal experience on my own journey from survival to self-trust, I help women who’ve spent too long putting themselves last because of the stories they carry deep down.
My approach is all about shining a light on those sneaky, unhelpful voices that have been holding you hostage, and gently showing them the door. Together, we’ll clear the mental noise, make space for clarity, and help you tune into the real you- the one who’s been waiting (sometimes impatiently!) for her moment in the spotlight.
Think of me as your Inner Freedom Guide: part thought-unclutterer, part champion for your authentic self, and always in your corner with science-backed tools and a big dose of encouragement. My work is personalized, holistic, and rooted in the belief that the freedom you seek is already inside you- you just need a little help peeling back the layers.
Ready to stop living by old scripts and start writing your own? If you’re tired of feeling stuck and eager to find the clarity and confidence you deserve, let’s connect. Your truest self is ready to take center stage.ney as we embrace the power of resilience and the beauty of transformation.

How did I end up here, helping women clear the mental clutter and reclaim their voices? Well, my story didn’t start with a gentle breeze and a cup of coffee. At 14, my world shattered- my friend Julie and I were kidnapped and raped, our lives threatened, and our innocence stolen in just six hours that changed everything. We survived, at least physically, but the aftermath was a heavy shadow neither of us asked for. For Julie, the pain was too much to carry, and in 2023, nearly four decades later, she lost her battle with the trauma from that night.
Losing Julie lit a fire in me that words can barely touch. I realized I couldn’t let “him” win- not over my life, and not over the lives of women like Julie who are still struggling in silence. I’d already spent decades learning how our brains work, running my own business, and experimenting with every tool for healing and growth I could find. When I stumbled into the worlds of quantum physics and neuroscience, everything changed!
