About Us

For nearly three decades, I’ve been helping people create healthier homes, stronger businesses, and more flexible lifestyles. What began as a personal search for safer, more effective options for my family has evolved into a career built on education, empowerment, and real results.

I work with individuals, families, and entrepreneurs who want to live intentionally and work smarter — not harder. Through my long-standing partnership with a trusted American manufacturer, I help clients access high-quality wellness and household essentials, and for those that want it, developing optional income streams that align with their values and priorities.

Before focusing full-time on wellness and mentoring, I owned and managed small businesses and worked in technology sales serving corporate, government, and educational clients. That experience taught me how smart systems and lasting relationships drive real success — lessons that now shape the way I lead, teach, and collaborate.

My roots include humble beginnings — from hotel maid, A&W carhop and fish monger to a beehive-wearing waitress at Bob’s Big Boy — and those early jobs taught me service, grit, and humor go a long way in business and in life. Later came radio, TV, and even a little runway modeling — proof that reinvention is always possible when you stay curious and keep showing up.

I think anything you can do to create engagement is a good thing.  Making it relevant to your business is even better.  What fun backdrop, accessories, etc can you come up with so that they remember you when they look at and share the pic with friends? I use supplements that are proven through multiple human clinical trials to improve the markers I am interested in improving.  For me to even consider another supplement, I would need to see human clinical trials that exceed the performance of my current regimen.  So far, there hasn't been one. This is an area that I think I've incorrectly classified as an unnecessary expense, with all the virtual learning that is available.  What I've missed is the human connections and relationship building piece that is so valuable.

It can be effective depending on the person and the message.  So, would I refer?  Possibly, depending on the services and results a person is seeking.  There are some pretty high level brand marketers that use profanity as a very strategic tool to capture a certain audience.  If I knew an MD that was absolutely top-notch and got results for people and chose to use profanity... I'd probably refer.
