Bounce Fit Studio offers 30 minute sprint classes using Cellercise, combined with MyZone heart rate monitoring so you can work hard and get the results you want by knowing precisely when to work and rest, based off YOUR heart rate, not a preset group timer. We have strength classes (45min) using Stroops resistance bands getting the strength you desire, using all planes of motion and functional movement patterns.
