This is the time to think "out of the box".  If you can save every customer you have.  Reach out and talk to them. Measure each transaction by testing, monitoring, and controlling your people's relationship.  Do what you can to stay afloat and before closing doors, talk to a bankruptcy lawyer about the new small business chapter 11 protection.

Blessed to have a handful of customers that are "essential" businesses. So better off than some. Keeping us going a fraction of what we should be. Let employees go on furlough so wearing a lot of hats but finding time to check on customers. Too stubborn to give up. We'll be 31 years in business this July and we will make it!! Keep the faith! And same on the EIDL, filed but haven't heard anything since the confirmation received when I filed.
