About Us

I have enjoyed a 20-year career as a realtor in Texas. I enjoy working with first-time home buyer buyers and sellers and investors. I work any home price my clients need. Specialize in Owner Finance properties. Also work with a group of investors who will finance a home for buyers home for clients who can't get traditional financing! I love real estate and my client's needs always come 1st!

How We Got Started

The Family Tree Elite Realtors was created when my daughter decided to get her real estate license and work with me. So we created The Family Tree dba. Sadly this career was not a good fit for her, especially after having a baby as it takes a few years to get established and after 20 years now I still have to work hard every day. But I love it so it doesn't feel like work most days. I hope I am making a difference in people's lives.

Happy Holidays! Jan

Sure sounds like you've been scammed and it sounds like you're being extorted.  In this case I would never ever pay them. Hopefully you have more positive reviews on Yelp then the one that they would post. Good Luck

Realtor.com is most current. Zillow is full of ads, Redfin is okay but don't bother with Trulia! I've had clients call me about houses that already sold and closed.   Othet than Realtor.com the othe sites rely on the listing agent to update the status of the property.   Just my opinion.  (more) Realtor.com is most current. The main misconception in residential real estate is that it cost more to buy a home than to rent one! You don't have to have perfect credit or tons of cash. There are many 1st time home buyer programs with zero down - as long as you own the home for 5 years you won't have to pay back the down payment. With the cost of leasing so high I sincerely urge folks, especially young families, to check with a good local lender and see what you need to do to get on the way to home ownership. Invest in your family's future! And don't forget to use an experienced Realtor when you do buy- it shouldn't cost you if you are the buyer.

I take my time and usually do very well with my comps, however, knowledge is power!
