My advice to the businesses I work with, is to not discount your price to get a customer 9 times out of 10 it just leads to the consumer wanting more discounts, additional services and headaches. This company is not in my area but yours. ] Even if you don't see that the BBB has value and are just looking for SEO and SEM the BBB page ranking is 8 out of 10, your BBB review now has 5 stars, we follow your twitter feed and Google ranks our Businesses reviews highly and much more... at least in VA each BBB is different.
