I’m the owner, David Grogan, and I officially started this business in January of 2025 after years working in commercial and residential roofing.

I repeatedly saw flat-roof repairs and leak issues delayed or overlooked, despite being critical to property owners. That gap in service is what pushed me to start my own company.

With hands-on experience in EPDM, TPO, and modified bitumen systems—supported by formal study in Architectural and Construction Technology—I focus on accurate diagnostics, proper detailing, and long-term roofing solutions.
