We dress up every year and have a pumpkin carving contest. We also give prizes for the best costume as well as the scariest and most original. All the staff votes. We have about 60% participation. Although I personally don't like dressing up, I always do.

It took a year to secure Wallside Windows because they had been burned by several other call centers. I actually spent time evaluating their phone lines and processes prior to them being a customer at no charge. I saved them thousands of dollars in FX lines by converting them to Remote Call...

I actually spent time evaluating their phone lines and processes prior to them being a customer at no charge. I saved them thousands of dollars in FX lines by converting them to Remote Call Forwarded Lines which other services told them they could not do. They are a great loyal customer now and they love us and we love them!
Depending on what the client says but I usually wait 3-5 business days, just touch base and see if they have any additional questions. I also ask them at the initial conversation when they would like me to check back with them.
