Well if you take care of your employees they will take care of you and in the long run you'll make more money. Here at our dealership depends if new they get $100 more then the Aplan pricing and if used $1000 over invoice after inspection

I would like to think the employee because the can bring a lot of referrals to the company. Just as important is the client because without the clients the employee would not have a job.
