Metro Trading Association was founded with a vision to revolutionize the way businesses operate by leveraging the power of bartering. Our journey began with a simple yet profound realization: many businesses have excess inventory or underutilized resources that could be exchanged for goods and services they need, rather than relying solely on cash transactions.

Metro Trading is using every resource it has to continue to stay in contact and support it's members. We call them, we text them, we email them, we facebook them. We reach out to those still doing business to see what they can offer and we support those who are on lock down and waiting to get back to business. Now is when our members depend on us the most to help get them through this. They have trade credits in their account and can use it for things they need but don't have cash to purchase. Auto repairs, sanitizing/cleaning, fire extinguishers, hood cleaning, emergency repairs, even right down to feeding their families, Metro Trading is letting them know which restaurants are open and taking Metro Trade credits for carry out. As one of our members recently quoted, 'Having Metro Trade is like a emergency saving account that I can turn to when I have emergency needs.'
Metro Trading has offered interest free credit lines to assure our members that they have funds to get them through this time. By small business sticking together and continuing to support one another we will get through this and survive. Metro Trading is proud to help our clients through this.

By cooperating with others in the Association you are able to put what you have in excess, whether that be time, inventory, or knowledge, to work for you. You get to earn and spend to help your business grow and get through those tough times! Small businesses have to stick to together, and help each other. Our founder once said, in barter exchanges there is no recessions. A low in the economy means that people have a greater need to rely on what they have to grow.

Actually listen to them. Too often we have so much on our plates that we are only half listening to what they say, and we miss so much. Take the extra minute to actually listen to what they say and what their needs/concerns are.
