We were extremely lucky, we are currently debt free, but that will change in the coming months. We have revenue generation at a slower rate as customers are not returning to restaurants, less than 50% versus prior to the pandemic which represents half of our client base. We have revenue generation at a slower rate as customers are not returning to restaurants, less than 50% versus prior to the pandemic which represents half of our client base. All the festivals and events being closed canceled or rescheduled as made a major impact on our retail sales as well. Lack of Guidance by the SBA on the PPP loans means business will not be relived of the debt obligation as well. The changes proposed on Payroll taxes to very concerning to employers since the payments to the government will double or more if employees leave, or are fired. People on Social Security are worries that the program will run out of money by 2023 if Trump is re-elected and payroll taxes are ended which supports this and Medicare.
