Based in Rochester, NY, SJM III Consulting Services offers wedding officiant services.  Stuart is an ordained United Methodist clergy and joyfully serves ALL couples, religious or nonreligious. Stuart and Martha (wife) offer inclusive, personalized ceremonies which are thoughtfully designed in partnership with couples.  Stuart and Martha also provide pre-wedding consultation, assistance with rehearsal and marriage counseling.
