Rabitah Moses is a bold, unapologetic woman of color, survivor, and community advocate based in Montgomery County, Maryland. Disabled and living below the poverty threshold, she organizes from lived experience, not theory. Her work is grounded in truth and shaped by disabled trauma, focused on fighting for those often pushed to the margins: disabled people, renters, shelter residents, veterans, immigrants, refugees, and working-class communities of color.

Rabitah has a piercing sense of justice, a sharp mind, and a gift for exposing performative activism, particularly among those who posture as revolutionaries but lack lived struggle. Though she endures a great deal, often alone, she remains rooted in compassion and committed to real, collective change.

Her personal style is both street and scholarly. She is articulate, strategic, and poetic when she needs to be. Mysterious, bold, and unflinchingly honest, she doesn’t sugarcoat the truth. She organizes not for glory, but for survival
