How We Got Started

Frank Bailey is the founder of Bailey & Oliver Law Firm and has practiced law for more than 43 years. Frank opened his law firm in Mountain Home in 1974 fighting on behalf of his clients in north Arkansas.
Sach Oliver joined the firm in 2003 after persistently seeking an opportunity to learn the profession from Frank Bailey.
After completing law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law, Sach began practicing with Frank and they soon became partners. Sach still considers Frank a mentor.
At Sach’s urging, the firm opened an office in Bentonville in an old building that once housed a daycare center. In 2012 with business in Northwest Arkansas growing, Bailey & Oliver closed its office in Mountain Home and began operating full-time from a new office location at 3606 W. Southern Hills Blvd., Ste. 200, in Rogers.

Personal touch. Get to know your client(s) and display sincere interest in them personally. Handwritten notes (sent with real stamps) for thank you's, birthdays, anniversaries, or just saying hello are always a good idea. (more) Personal touch.
