I am an intuitive artist, author, animal communicator and spiritual mentor best known for my SoulJourney Energy Portraits and high-frequency, healing animal communication. My specialties with people are activating people's dynamic connection to their soul's purpose, divine nature, and innate ability to heal themselves and become whole, identifying as and with their multidimensional selves. My animal communication specialities are conversations and even healing sessions with beings of all species who have passed.

I painted my first SoulJourney Energy Portrait in 1998 and originated the phrase, "Energy Portrait," to describe paintings of the energy through and around a being.

SoulJourney Energy Portraits are dynamic audio-visual soul portraits that serve as intuitive activation tools for personal growth and transformation which reveal the patterns of the divine in each soul and illustrate the map of each person’s soul journey, revealing their hidden wisdom and knowledge. As I paint (in pastels) I receive and record channelled guidance for the person of whom I am creating the portrait. As I create the portrait, I feel/see where there is an energetic or emotional imbalance and direct healing energy and love to that imbalance, recording the healed area in the painting.

My clients report that they feel a sense of inspired renewal of belief in themselves and often a feeling that for the first time in their lives, they know that the path they have always felt a kinship with is the path they were born to follow.

I have been teaching “The Healing, Intuitive Art of Energy Portraiture” since 2005. I have offered high-resonance animal communication services in 1993. I have published three books: "In the Light of Peace," assembled poems from my spiritual community in California; "Amidah in the Pandemic: Received Blessings," a collection of my downloaded poems and essays; and "Feline Wisdom to Help Us Heal: cats’ loving messages to humans." Another book about her animal communication experiences is with an agent.

For many years I served as a communications strategist for human service organizations in community development, arts, education and long-term care. I enjoy facilitating inspiring, energizing rituals and workshops for groups seeking to work in sacred space. I guide people toward a practical understanding of sacred space, helping them find the access point in their own beings to do this work themselves, and to identify the sacred as an accessible, personal aspect of the self.

Raised in upstate New York on the lands of the Kanienkehaka (known by the colonial name of Mohawks, one of the six nations of the Haudenosaunee, or Iroquois) I now live with gratitude on lands of the Coast Miwok in Rohnert Park, California.
