My company has been in business for over 25 years and working for hundreds of different Doctors over those years we have used several different collection agency's. No agency that we have used as even come close to the results we have had since using Transworld. They are unique to any other agency as they offer different services other then just traditional over the phone collections. Most sales people act like they are your best friend while trying to make and sale and once the sale is made don't want anything to do with you. This is not Dick Neary. Anytime I have needed anything day or night he has been there to help. Even if he is on the golf course. If I go a couple months without submitting accounts my phone with ring and it's Dick asking if he can do anything to help or if we have any issues. His client's happiness is truly his #1 priority."
