The skills I had came from learning from great people like Tom Walsh, he is a wonderful person and one of the best if not (the best) in the business. The talent came from God and my Mother who was a wonderful singer and my Father could play drums, make up songs on a whim and my older brother played guitar for years. I actually started out writing poetry and it all just came to me so easy to write down on paper what I was feeling. I remember the urge to write came at the age of 11 years old but the singing felt like it was born into me. Believe in yourself, not what others say you do or do not have. You have to know it, love it and be willing to share that gift with the world! Our gifts are not given to hide but to bless those that need to hear our words and the talent that was given to us so freely.
