About Us

I'm a home inspector and work for myself. I have a lot of experience in new home construction and construction with older homes. I'v built and sold homes also. This sets me apart from other home inspectors. Please read my reviews to see for yourself. You won't be disappointed if you call or refer me. People will thank you.

How We Got Started

I was building homes and selling them when I met some home inspectors. After a few home inspections I realized that I need to get into this business also. I wanted to help people make good decisions in their home buying process and educate them about the house. Buyers need to know all the good things about the house and the quality of the work and materials. Most inspectors that I met only tell people if there is something wrong or old and scare them. Every house is not new and most houses need something. I communicate with my clients and answer all their questions on a level they can understand. I'v helped so many buyers and it make me feel good. This is why I became a home inspector.

(more) As a realtor, you should ALWAYS !!! advise for your buyer to get a home inspection. CYA!!!! I does not matter if the home is being sold in as-is condition. Your buyer should know what they are getting into prior to making that decision to purchase. A home inspector has ways to know if the house did get flooded in the past. Can be hard to tell if someone tried to cover that up. The realtors need to stand up to the banks, demand they turn on the utilities. People need to know if the heat works, plumbing leaks, and electric issues etc. Seems like everyone is in fear of loosing a sale. Buyers are making decisions on the spot and waiving their right to a home inspection. This is insane !!!!! Good luck with getting help from the bank after they sold you a house in as-is condition. If I am the realtor, I would start making some calls and putting pressure on these bankers. I always see clients get money off a house even if it is being sold in as-is condition. Why is it different for the banks?  Good luck
