We run all the appliances and plumbing fixtures, remove the electrical panels, walk the roof (or drone if needed), run the heating and air, inspect the attic, etc.   We also check most irrigation and fences, which the majority of local inspectors do not include.   All our inspections include the five-year Platinum roof protection plan, 90 days of sewer guard, mold safe and a limited warranty along with life-of-ownership Appliance recall check.
