I have been a licensed contractor for over 14 years and in the construction industry for 25+. I am currently downsizing to Home inspections and minor repairs for customers who wish to improve or catch up on maintenance issues around their home. I am a one man shop, but through the years I've made many friends in the industry, therefore if it is not a job I can do I can refer you to someone that I have used as a sub in the past. I believe that there is only one way to do things and that is the right way. I do not take short cuts and my prices may not be the cheapest. But I will guarantee all my work.

In 2003 I started a construction company Called BV Home Services Inc.
As I am a veteran I contracted for business through HUD and Fannie Mae. I received several contracts and expanded my business, unfortunately I made a mistake and expanded to quickly. After losing those contracts in 2012 due to new federal mandates, I could no longer afford to stay in business I closed BVHS Inc. I worked for 3 companies over the last few years Asset Management Specialist as a area supervisor overseeing Fannie Mae's interest in their inventory, and two Kitchen and Bath programs one of which I was the RME ( I was the contractor of record).
