We need to hire employees, tried Facebook, google, indeed and local work force office. Anyone have ideas for me ?

Have you tried doing an open house (drop your resume off for an instant interview). Other clients have offered signing bonuses and referral bonuses also help wanted signs on your trucks?
Ziprecruiter is another option although most of my clients have done better with indeed.
