In the 1990s, I saw a need for home services while at CompUSA in Edison, NJ. Customers bought computers but didn’t know how to set them up, use them, or fix them. I proposed going to their homes to install computers, teach them the basics, and provide on-site repairs. CompUSA loved the idea, rented a van, and gave me the job, revolutionizing the computer retail business.

Later, as a tax preparer in Wellington, FL, I noticed similar issues. One client waited in the rain to meet me, another struggled to manage her children during her appointment, and I couldn’t directly help clients with investments because I wasn't securities licensed at he time. These situations made me realize how inconvenient traditional services could be. I decided to become independent, earning my securities licenses and offering home-based services for taxes, investments, and more. My goal is to make life easier for clients, providing professional, personalized service right where they need it most.
