Jackie Hird Photography, in business for over 20 years, specializes in capturing the essence of families and high school seniors. As a solo entrepreneur, Jackie provides her personal touch, making each session fun and creative. Her easy-going nature and knack for making the experience different has made her a favorite among those who cherish family memories.

I took a photography trip to Ireland in 2003 and was enthralled by the colors and textures of the land and the people. Joe McNally, a National Geographic photographer told me "You have an eye for photography" and high fived me for the images I presented. When I returned home I longed to be back there, or even outdoors photographing. I took the leap of faith in August 2004 and quit my full time job (with benefits) to pursue my goals. Along the way I had as many as 5 part time jobs and can now say I'm doing what I love to do!
