As the former owners of an award winning B&B in downtown St. Augustine, we originally developed the St. Augustine App - now The Spotlite APP to provide our guests with a concierge service to enhance their experience while enjoying our wonderful city.
By using the St. Augustine App, we reduced the impact that 3rd party commissions (Booking.com, Trivago and Price line) had on our bottom line, and were able to insure that that we retained our local and international guests/customers as they were able to "Direct Connect" with us at all times.
We were "inducted" into the Trip Advisor - Hall of Fame and received their "Best of the Best", top 1% in guest experience award.
