Daren Barney is a founding partner of the law firm of Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C. with offices in Utah and Nevada. His primary practice areas are business law, estate planning, and real estate. He has an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been selected as a Utah Business Legal Elite Honoree for multiple years. Daren served as the Mayor of Ivins City from 2001-2009, and has also served as small claims court judge, an administrative law judge, and as a member of the judicial nominating commission for the fifth judicial district of Utah.
