We are a mom & pop small business. If this goes on for very long (3-6 months).... it could cause significant damage to us. We will NEVER go out of business, but this is putting a real strain on us. Incentives are nice for the customer.... However, I believe if you provide an excellent product at an exceptional price and provide outstanding customer service, that is all the incentive your customers need. When you discount products on future services, it takes away from the integrity of that... (more) Incentives are nice for the customer.... However, I believe if you provide an excellent product at an exceptional price and provide outstanding customer service, that is all the incentive your customers need. When you discount products on future services, it takes away from the integrity of that product and your business. Affiliate or referral fees, cut into your bottom line... and we are all in business to make money. We however do offer a discount on multiple product orders.... as an example, If you order 5 sets of business cards all at the same time, with the same specs, we give a 10% discount on that order.

We have a disclaimer, that plainly states that it is the customers responsibility to proof their project. If a mistake is made and it is the customers fault, I will do a reprint at half price. It all depends.... If the service provider has a history of bad service, then NO WAY!  If they are having a bad situation and are trying to resolve it the best that they can, but it still feels like "Bad Customer Service" then I would give them another chance.
