You need to remember that rentals are a business. treat it that way. Always get a security deposit. If rent not paid on time an eviction notice needs to be delivered the next. Don"t become a banker for these bums. It's businessand you have to be paid. Don"t do anymore then the lease requires. It never works out. Just adds to your problem
