I purchased my first duplex in Glenn Heights (small suburb outside of Dallas) in 2008 during the economic housing market reset; it was during this time I saw just how quickly things can turn around based on personal wealth. I've since sold that duplex and leveraged the profits into expanding into St. Louis. I would love to provide a similar opportunity to someone without financial instability attached it. Starter homes and investment properties for people usually left out of these conversations.
