I am a highly experienced Attorney and Entrepreneur, with extensive commercial and project based expertise gained working across international markets and facilitating trade development projects: making corporate ambitions a practical reality. As you might expect, I have strong counselling, networking and business development skills: creating robust and sustainable platforms for profitable growth, and as a result I have become a trusted and reliable advisor at board level.
I established the Law Offices of Bradley E Essman in 1998 as a Business Incubator and Accelerator platform: devising cutting edge “Synergy of Legal Business Growth Strategies”, and consistently ensuring best quality commercial outcomes to the highest professional standards; and I have also created a variety of Joint Venture and M&A Protocols: adopted by both blue chip and multinational corporations.
In terms of international experience, I have worked and advised on a wide variety of projects internationally, including the United States, United Kingdom, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Panama, Guam, and China: with subjects as diverse as oil and gas, water purification and housing: and I am an Invited Member in MD International Incubator (”MI2”): playing an integral role in dozens of complex corporate transactions, including bringing strategic alliances into reverse mergers and private transactions, as well as being regularly appointed as General Counsel for corporates at all stages of development, up to and including major corporates.
I have been founder, board member, consultant, crisis manager and equity participant incubator/accelerator for various start-up enterprises: directing and successfully marshalling broad-based resources, and I am a successful practitioner in Business Brokerage, M&A and Franchise Consultancy.
In addition to all that, I also have extensive Appellate and Circuit experience, with litigation support for clients including Bayer, Walmart, regional Healthcare providers, GE Capital and Credit Suisse.
I am a Member of the Court of International Trade, Federal and state trial and appellate courts; and have a postgraduate LL.M Degree in Real Property Development and Finance.
