As owner of Essex Vacuum for thirty seven years and in the business for over forty my main concern has to always help the customers needs to the best of my ability. I am a factory authorized sales and service center for most major brands and service all brands both residential and commercial. I offer free estimates and any repair completed receives a ninety day warranty. I also offer sewing machine, door and window screen, lamps and small appliance repair. I strive to complete repairs within the customers time frame, so as not to inconvenience them. I also have competitive pricing on products and can match online pricing.

I got my start by going door to door for the Electrolux company in 1975 for three years then to the Equitable insurance co. I then had the opportunity to purchase Essex Vacuum in June of 1981. Those years of direct sales greatly influenced my desire to help the customer as I soon realized it was and still is all about the customers needs. This is a cornerstone value of my business ethics and I feel it has lead to my longevity in the industry and as a merchant in the greater Salem area.
