Owner of Karver Homes has built over 450 homes, 3 Apartment complexes, 3 Strip Shopping Centers, 2 Office complexes, underground parking garage, Industrial Trucking Center. We are involved with Gateway Village in Leadville, and will soon be breaking ground on Salida Crossings. Our services include Custom Home Building and Design, Land Development, Commercial design and construction, concept designs, construction management services. We are excited about your project.
