Tough situation. Here's a few thoughts
I'm assuming that before you started the business you invested in yourself by getting books on traveling and going to seminars to help you learn about startup businesses and how to make them a success. If you have not hit the rewind button and back up. You should be reading business related books on starting a business or how to build a start up business from the ground up something along these lines. And I would recommend going to the nearest library if you can't by these books but if you can buy them they are yours to keep and you'll have them when you need them and they're yours to refer back to at anytime. The books give you the knowledge and tips along with the mindset that you need to have to make this work no matter how hard times get. You need the knowledge and in many cases reading books and seeing how others went through similar things will help and also inspire you on new ideas so that you can be creative and get your business going in the right direction. The seminars will help you build a network and also learn from people as well. Here you get a different vibe because you can see the energy and also people can see and communicate with you and provide hands on verbal feedback as to some key tools and resources that will be able to help your business. So the seminar is just more real life and you share that with other people and yo get to pick peoples brains from all over the world.
Change you philosophy. You've been trying to fake until you make it and that approach hasn't worked. So go into some businesses that do what you do in disguise and walk through with them as if you were a person booking travel to go somewhere. See what they say, how they present packages, the types of deals they give, and the added perks they provide. This will help you better learn how to spark the consumers interest and be more able to get them to use your services. Plenty of people are traveling so you have to find out what they're looking for and then deliver.
You've got a website and you're own social media. See what you can do to create an ad get the word out about your business. This could be as simple as a handheld flyer at the coffee shop or other business around in your town. Also on your social media sites be consistent with your post you want to make sure to stay in front of peoples faces several post daily and make it catchy and appealing so people notice it. The key is being consistent so people keep seeing you and eventually they'll notice you're serious and they'll try it out. Social media is crowed so if your own it you have to consistently come up with ways to get peoples eyes because you have to stay in front of people.
You've done a great job and although times are challenging this is the time where you'll have to find it deep down within yourself to tough it out and stick in there. This will help you think outside the box and if this really is something you see yourself doing and you're passionate about it and you feel it will bring joy to your life for many years to come you will make it work and if your not you'll go different route but what you will do is learn from this experience and know how to do things differently for whatever is next in your life or for when this business takes off and starts to be more profitable and successful than ever. It's all on you and you didn't work this hard to come from homelessness to give up and do nothing. Go make this business what you know it can be and reward yourself for the hard work. A famous motivational speaker name Eric Thomas stated "Pain is temporary it last for periods of time but not a lifetime"
