Our founding team consists of a group of 'normal' people who grew up in a really bad area of Santa Ana. We all went on to have careers and to manage our own businesses.
These careers have included teaching, legal practice, public speaking, grassroots organization, political consulting, creative writing and publishing, graphic design, journalism and labor relations. What makes us different is that we are not a boutique or ivory-tower firm with no real experience in urban America, being on welfare, being a minority, or suffering from life-altering medical conditions and disabilities. Each of us also started off in minimum wage or 'under-the-table' employment and worked our way up.
Our diverse brain-trust enables you to better assess legal cases, to better focus marketing in urban communities, to locate resources for Covid-19 recovery, grant writing assistance, and other projects that require common sense more than academic prowess or misguided notions about 'those people.'
