Amber is a real estate Independent Transaction Coordinator in San Diego, California.
I got my start in real estate back in 2005 as a loan officer which I then quickly realized I wasn't into selling loans. After a short stint on the lending side I went to work for a Realtor as an assistant. I learned all aspects of what a Realtor does and started off just processing listings.
I then worked for a busy REO team and started to help process short sales, listings, and in my free time I started Transaction Coordinating of the escrow files. It was then that I knew what I wanted to do. I love the idea of helping Buyers and Sellers complete a sale of their home and my job is to help the agents by freeing up their time from completing paperwork. I have been a full time TC for the last 10 years.
