How We Got Started

Dr. Katz earned her B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Temple University. She is a licensed educational psychologist, a nationally certified school psychologist, and has more than ten years of experience working in school settings. As a mother of a neurodivergent learner herself, Dr. Katz recognized that parents need extra support when they discover their child has learning and behavioral challenges. She uses her professional and personal experience to help guide parents through this emotional process. Dr. Katz can provide accurate diagnoses as well as build the capacities of the larger environments in which children operate.
