Founded in 2015 by Rosa Flores and her family, Sayulitas was created with a simple vision: serve bold and unforgettable flavors while building a business that creates opportunities for others. We developed a menu that’s anything but ordinary—from our famous oversized burritos to our loaded fries and signature creations.

What began as a simple burrito story has grown into multiple locations, thanks to the incredible support of our customers, dedicated team members, and local communities.

We’re more than a restaurant—we’re a family. We believe in investing in our employees, giving back to our communities, and creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

As we continue to grow through new locations and franchising, our mission remains the same.

After spending years building a successful career in the security industry—where I managed hundreds of employees and was recognized as West Coast Manager of the Year, I was unexpectedly laid off.

Rather than seeing it as the end of a career, I saw it as the beginning of a dream! My dream which turned into reality!
