Top Performance Consulting, or also known as Psych For Sport, is a consulting firm specializing in helping people perform at top levels, in sport, business, and personal daily life.
Mental training, connecting the mind to the body's action, and getting a grip on your own 'control center' in the brain, allows you to stand out from the competition and reach performance levels that outshine the rest.
How We Got Started
I started coaching the mental side of sport because, as a former golf instructor, I found that most golfers had excellent mechanics and could play very well, but they were not able to manage the thoughts or entanglements in their brains. This is what ultimately causes a player to choke, and as a result, play poorly.
