In this Hillsborough remodel, we completely transformed an outdated 1980s layout into a modern, sleek open-concept home. The project included a full gut renovation of the kitchen and living room, along with the entry and powder room—stripping everything back to the studs to rework the space from the ground up.

To bring in more natural light and create a cleaner, more contemporary look, we increased the height of the windows and installed all-new windows throughout. On the exterior, we completed new stucco work to match the updated openings and deliver a seamless finished appearance.

The result is a brighter, more spacious, highly functional main living area with a fresh, modern aesthetic that feels completely reimagined—while still fitting the character of the home.
