Business wise and professionally, 2019 was an awesome year. On a personal basis, it was a very challenging year with the sudden unexpected passing of my mother. While business growth was in line with forecasting and planning, personal challenges can take a toll on business but Thank God we were able to live with the loss. Hope everyone had a good year. remember what I always say, if you plan to succeed or do not plan to succeed, you will always be right! Plan your business growth, establish realistic Goals and review them at least once a quarter and tweak as necessary. Good luck in 2020!
