It has simply evolved after leaving a full time 10 year stint in an advertising agency. Client referrals have been mostly word of mouth leading me from Puerto Rico, through the Caribbean, Central America and various cities in the USA.

I feel that crossing your fingers and hope for the best is as good as an FB ad. Politics is different, the ROI is not in sales but in something elusive, a vote. Most agencies and most businesses in Puerto Rico take 60 to 90 days to pay a bill. But when there are obviously negligent I just go and sit in the lobby and wait quietly. When you're asked, you reply saying I'm waiting for a check. If you visit every day they'll pay just to have you go away.

Price is information not value. You're selling to a niche market so price shouldn't be an issue. Nothing is expensive if you really want it. It would seem to me that the problem you're looking at is with your pitch and possibly to whom too.
